The Rochester Chapter NRHS's monthly newsletter, The Semaphore, is sent monthly to all members, and hard copy subscriptions are also available for $10.00 per year. The Semaphore contains updates on all the happenings in the Rochester Chapter and its many projects, including the Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum, as well as articles on local railroad news and history.
