6/19/2003 - June Chapter meeting a success!
During the months of June, July & August, the Rochester
Chapter NRHS holds its membership meetings at its Rochester & Genesee
Valley Railroad Museum. The meetings usually include operation
of some of the equipment from the museum's collection. For
June, the operation include the museum former U.S. military
80-tonner, now R&GV #1654, and the museum's Erie caboose
#C254.
Here are some pics from the meeting.

R&GV RR #1654 waits for passengers
with Erie C254 in the museum's Industry yard.
R&GV 1654 North meets the
museum's Fairbanks-Morse H12-44 #1843. That unit is also
former U.S. Army.
Rochester Chapter members and
friends gather on the engine in preparation for a run north.
Visitors are always welcome to all of the Rochester Chapter's
membership meetings.
